About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead our technology strategy and drive business growth as a Regional Technology Lead at Airbus.

This individual will play a pivotal role in spearheading the adoption of our cutting-edge technology solutions within the region, cultivating new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful commercialization of technology solutions for our digital marketing stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement, identifying and pursuing new technology business opportunities within the region.
  2. Lead Technology Solutions: Effectively articulate the value proposition and benefits of our technology solutions to prospective clients, leading the initial pitching and solutioning process.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Strategize and execute on the commercialization of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives, and providing insights into customer needs and feature requirements.
  4. Customer Success: Serve as the regional escalation point for customer needs, providing prompt resolution and escalation to customer success and product teams as needed.
  5. Strategic Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging expertise in technology, solutions, and customer success to deliver impactful outcomes and drive long-term value.
  6. Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of new and emerging technology solutions and use cases, continuously evaluating opportunities to innovate and enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in technology sales, solution architecture, implementation, and customer success, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and advertising technology, with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions to clients.
  4. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $165k minimum - $190k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
