Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to enhance our culinary team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. This role is ideal for a Commis Chef eager to advance their career in a dynamic kitchen environment.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, with additional paid overtime available for special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your area of expertise.
  • Support and mentor Commis Chefs within the kitchen brigade.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to innovate new dishes and menus.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.
