Key Responsibilities

  • You will be crucial in leading and facilitating the delivery of solutions that generate value, enhance efficiency, and boost performance for the organization.
  • You will manage and support a diverse engineering team, ensuring they possess the necessary resources and skills to deliver comprehensive technical solutions for products.
  • Your duties will include mentoring and developing your team members, recruiting a diverse range of talented individuals, and fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and respect.
  • You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to establish the vision and technical direction of the products, as well as oversee multiple deliveries and take full ownership of your products, including change management and service management.
  • Promoting the development of new features, advocating for best engineering practices, and supporting agile and lean delivery methodologies are also vital aspects of your role.
  • Additionally, you will manage project-level budgets, ensure compliance with processes and standards, and exemplify positive attitudes and behaviors that contribute to a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
