Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate the delivery of solutions that generate value, enhance efficiency, and boost performance for the organization.
  • Oversee and support a diverse engineering team, ensuring they possess the necessary resources and skills to deliver comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Mentor and coach team members, recruit talented individuals from varied backgrounds, and cultivate a culture of collaboration, learning, and respect.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define the vision and technical direction of products, while managing multiple projects and taking full ownership of product delivery, including change and service management.
  • Drive the development of new features, advocate for best engineering practices, and promote agile and lean delivery methodologies.
  • Manage project budgets, ensure compliance with processes and standards, and exemplify positive attitudes and behaviors that foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
