About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at CareTech Group.

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality support, promoting independence and empowering individuals to make their own decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements
  • Experience in a care environment, preferably with mental health services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for making a positive difference to someone else's life
