Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at a Medical Device Technology company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing ones, and ensuring the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, ensuring manufacturability and quality.
  • Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the manufacturing floor, ensuring production of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including DHF and DMR, to ensure smooth transfer to manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Manufacturing expertise in the medical sector or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 6σ).
  • Proficiency in CAD modeling (SolidWorks or similar).
  • Ability to work onsite and travel when required.
