Job Description

Our client is a Medical Device Technology company passionate about developing diagnostic solutions. Their diagnostics provide testing and solutions at the point of need for customers and users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support existing business needs by developing new and improved processes, tooling, and manufacturing concepts.
  • Undertake cost-saving and obsolescence management projects.
  • Review existing product design and manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Propose, implement, and monitor optimization solutions to deliver superior quality at reduced cost.
  • Participate in verification/validation activities and create strategies for the verification/validation of new designs.
  • Use project management tools to establish timelines, build action item lists, assign responsibility, completion dates, and achieve milestones.
  • Provide technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing floor to ensure production of quality products.
  • Produce DHF and DMR documentation for transfer to manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
