Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Real Staffing Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to meet quality and production requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality control plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel and ensure that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including design for manufacturability and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
