Automotive Sales Director

At Cooks Motor Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to delivery and after-sales support.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to ensure our sales team is equipped to meet customer needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sales team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
