Premier Work Support is seeking a skilled Sensory Panel Member to join our team in a prestigious client-based role in West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Sensory Panel Member, you will play a crucial role in helping our Sensory team describe and evaluate the smell of fragranced consumer goods, including perfumes, cosmetics, and household products.
  • You will work in dedicated sensory booths and discussion rooms, collaborating with other panel members and a panel leader to share opinions and reach agreements on perceived fragrances.
  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to develop your olfactory skills and the specific vocabulary needed to communicate your opinions effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships within the panel.
  • A genuine passion for fragrances and consumer goods.
  • Honesty and objectivity when providing opinions.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English with minimal supervision.
  • Strong articulation and a firm grasp of the English language.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Working Schedule:

  • Performance Panel Members will work three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm in 45-minute slots.
  • Descriptive Panel Members will work three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm in 1 hour and 45-minute slots, with the possibility of extending to three hours if needed.

Temporary Position with Potential for Ongoing Employment:

This is a temporary role, but there may be opportunities for ongoing employment for the right candidates.
