Global Head of Sensory Client Managed Panels

MMR Research is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sensory Expert Leader to join our team as the Global Head of Sensory Client Managed Panels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sensory panel services operations and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sensory panel work, combined with a strong client service and commercial focus. They will be responsible for managing our existing Client-Managed Panel services operations, identifying new opportunities, and developing and implementing continuous panel development programs.
The role will involve working closely with our senior regional Heads of Client Managed Panel services, supporting and mentoring them in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of clients' panel partnerships and successful client relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting sensory method innovation and efficiencies across client companies and challenging clients to ensure they can benefit from a best-in-world sensory service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing successful client relationships, experience in business development, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have good people management and mentoring skills, critical thinking skills, and a solution-focused attitude with a creative flair.
The role reports into MMR's Global Sensory Director and will be working closely with our local Sensory Science Center Heads as part of the MMR Sensory Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be working within a great environment with an excellent infrastructure in place to support this role.

- Manage our existing Client-Managed Panel services operations and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement continuous panel development programs.
- Work closely with our senior regional Heads of Client Managed Panel services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of clients' panel partnerships and successful client relationships.
- Promote sensory method innovation and efficiencies across client companies and challenge clients to ensure they can benefit from a best-in-world sensory service.
- Lead the sales and marketing effort, driving demand both within existing clients and finding new clients.
