Job Title: Stock and Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock and Systems Analyst to join our team at Strive Supply Chain LLP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of stock integrity and system alignment across all areas of our distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, forecast, and report performance, analyzing data to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop and maintain advanced Microsoft Excel skills to drive workflow and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
  3. Ensure physical and systemic housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
  4. Drive stock integrity and system alignment across all storage facilities and system interfaces.
  5. Report and communicate monthly perpetual inventory results to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Support audit counts and third-party relations, ensuring data requirements are met.
  7. Lead operations contact for IT, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and system interfaces.
  8. Develop and maintain advanced computer literacy, with a strong understanding of all systems used.
  9. Manage change effectively, from planning and testing to implementation.
  10. Develop and maintain advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  11. Build reports on KPIs and excess stock.
