Job Title: Stock & Systems Analyst

Salary: £32,000 Per Annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Bolton

Strive Supply Chain LLP is seeking a highly skilled Stock & Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our distribution centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of stock integrity and system alignment across all areas of the distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock discrepancies.
  2. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless system interfaces and accurate stock reconciliation.
  3. Lead the implementation of new systems and processes to improve stock management and reduce errors.
  4. Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on stock performance and trends.
  5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure high levels of stock integrity and efficient workflow in the distribution centre.
  6. Develop and maintain advanced Excel skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage change and implement new processes.
