Strive Supply Chain LLP is seeking a highly skilled Stock & Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our distribution centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of stock integrity and system alignment across all areas of the distribution centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless system interfaces and accurate stock reconciliation.
- Lead the implementation of new systems and processes to improve stock management and reduce errors.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on stock performance and trends.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure high levels of stock integrity and accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support audit counts and third-party relations to ensure accurate data and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to develop complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
