The Role:

Your primary focus will be on maximizing the overall performance, compliance record, income, and profitability of the department. You will be dealing with day-to-day tenant management of the residential portfolio, working closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure all activities are in accordance with service level agreements and industry best practices.

This role combines private property management and corporate private rental management, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the lettings process and minimize voids using local and specialist lettings teams
  • Ensure compliance and health and safety
  • Continually assess the allocated portfolio
  • Attend corporate client meetings to discuss lettings strategies and report on void properties
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Conduct property visits to all units within the allocated portfolio
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance as required, ensuring strict service levels are met
  • SOURCE and instruct local sub-agents to optimize performance
  • Chase sub-instructed agents for return of signed documentation
  • Handle queries and complaints
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Work within budget
  • Keep all processes and procedures up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential lettings or residential asset management
  • High level of IT literacy and understanding
  • Highly motivated and organized individual
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship skills
  • High levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm with a passion for self-development and teamwork
