About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect Lead to join our team at Honda. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise architecture and driving business agility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse our application and service portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement and develop roadmaps to achieve our tactical and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with business units to realise their strategies and requirements into a sustainable architecture aligned with our ISD strategy.
  • Develop solutions that address business needs while sustaining and driving process standardization across the enterprise.
  • Help define business requirements for new initiatives and gather current business requirements and user perspectives for process improvement design.
  • Identify integration opportunities for business system management applications and other interdependent technology assets to maximise their capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional process alignment, manage and provide guidance on BPM technology tools and applications.
  • Foster innovation and bring technical improvements and opportunities to the business.
  • Collaborate with program managers and project leaders of digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Definition and adoption of target architecture.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of digital technologies and transformation.
  • Implementation of good governance processes.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and work closely with the business to translate strategy into an IT environment.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation and present a coherent proposition.
  • Ability to think and plan strategically and deliver tactically.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to take ownership of digital transformations and improve existing processes to achieve better efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation.
