- Help define business requirements for new initiatives and gather current business requirements and user perspectives for process improvement design.

- Demonstrated success in a similar role, including the definition and adoption of target architecture.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of digital technologies and transformation.

- Ability to understand business drivers and work closely with the business to translate strategy into an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify performance gaps and root cause.
- Clarity of thinking and communication – ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable experience in an organisation that sells and distributes manufactured goods.
