About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect Lead to join our team at Honda. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise architecture and driving business agility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the target enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business operations and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement good governance processes to ensure effective management of digital technologies and transformation.
  • Collaborate with business units to realise their strategies and requirements into a sustainable architecture.
  • Design and document business processes end-to-end, analysing and improving them to industry best practice.
  • Provide expertise on systems integrations and potential issues/bottlenecks, driving cross-functional process alignment and managing BPM technology tools.
  • Foster innovation and bring technical improvements and opportunities to the business.
  • Collaborate with program managers and project leaders to manage out non-compliant applications and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of digital technologies and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business drivers and work closely with the business to understand their strategy and translate it into an IT environment.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, presenting a coherent proposition and listening to the needs of others.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify performance gaps and root cause.
  • Clarity of thinking and clarity in communication – ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences for understanding and decision making.
