About the Role:

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator - Ostomy Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Educator - Ostomy Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal teams on clinical aspects of Ostomy care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational programs for HCPs and internal teams on Ostomy care
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce educational materials and with the Global Medical Affairs team to ensure education strategy alignment
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and needs of HCPs and develop targeted educational initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of educational programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in Ostomy care and translate this knowledge into educational programs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse RGN (essential)
  • Proven experience with an interest within the stoma care / colorectal care
  • Commercial experience highly desirable
  • Ability to identify and act upon business opportunities to achieve objectives
  • Desirable both hospital and community experience
  • Specialist knowledge of Ostomy products
  • Experience or understanding of Dispensing Appliance Contractors and their role (DACs)
  • Experience of working with a range of clinicians from Colorectal and Stoma nurses, colorectal Consultants, continence advisors, district teams, pharmacists, and nurses
  • Strong presenter and communicator
  • Experience of delivering of training and education
