Leadership Opportunity in Clinical Nursing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues. You will oversee the delivery of clinical and pastoral care, ensuring that our residents receive the highest levels of care and support.

You will focus on residents with complex needs, requiring a high level of clinical expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance, auditing practices and procedures, and developing care plans and assessments. You will also be responsible for leading walk rounds and ensuring that all residents receive personalised centred care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, and be capable of building close relationships with residents and their families. You will also be determined to drive continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
