Deputy Manager Clinical Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will provide expert leadership to our nursing and care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care. You will be responsible for supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, overseeing the care of residents with complex needs, and maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance. Your role will involve auditing practices and procedures, developing care plans, and conducting regular walk rounds to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning and clinical assessment. You will be a natural leader, able to build close relationships with residents and their families, and drive continuous improvement in our care services. You will also be committed to ongoing professional development and be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge.
