Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Careers and Employability Adviser to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering Personal Development and Career Management services to Young People and Adults in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective career management strategies to support clients in achieving their employment goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on career development, job search, and employability skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments, create personalized action plans, and monitor progress to ensure clients meet their career objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in career development and employability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in career guidance, employability, and personal development.
  • Strong understanding of the North West job market and labor trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
