Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Broker

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Broker to join our team at WS Insurance Brokers. As a Commercial Insurance Account Broker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify insurance solutions that meet our clients' unique requirements.
  • Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best possible insurance terms and conditions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the most relevant and effective insurance solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including liability, property, and business interruption insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
