We are seeking a highly skilled Exams and Data Officer to join our team at Kirklees Council. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student data and examination results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student data and examination results
  • Develop and implement effective data management systems to ensure efficient and accurate data collection and analysis
  • Provide high-quality data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective data sharing and collaboration

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data management and analysis, preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
  • High level of numeracy and literacy, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
