Plant Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team as a Plant Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems within a plant or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of fitters and work with contractors to ensure the plant operates efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with H&S and legal regulations.
- Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
We are a well-established building materials company with a global reach. Our plant operates 7 days a week, and we require a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of £48,000 - £53,000 + overtime.
