Plant Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team as a Plant Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems within a plant or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of fitters and work with contractors to ensure the plant operates efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with H&S and legal regulations.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize plant performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
We are a well-established building materials company with a global reach. Our plant operates 7 days a week, and we require a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our maintenance team.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechanical Maintenance within a plant or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
