This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, delivering evidence-based specialist psychology programmes to support patients with complex needs.
Main Duties- Provide specialist psychology for the Stroke Early Supported Discharge and Community Neuro rehabilitation Service, using evidence-based practice to ensure clinical care is effective and appropriate.
- Undertake holistic specialist assessment using advanced, specialist clinical reasoning skills.
- Ensure that accurate and timely written records are kept, and report any issues.
- Provide specialist neurological advice to all members of the multi-disciplinary team, service users, and others on changes involving current care plans, patients' progress, and other relevant matters.
