Executive Director of Business Development and Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business development and partnerships at WithYou, a leading provider of drug, alcohol, and mental health support across the UK.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our executive team and contribute to the development of a new organisational strategy. As Executive Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will be responsible for growing our income, retaining and developing new services, and driving transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and income
  • Lead the development of new services and partnerships to improve outcomes for our service users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between service delivery, digital, and business development goals
  • Model the culture, values, and behaviours of WithYou to create an inclusive and supportive environment
