About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization that is shaping the future of healthcare. As Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve member outcomes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement new healthcare services and products that meet the needs of our members.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's mission and vision.
  • Representing Vitality at external conferences and events to build our reputation and establish thought leadership in the healthcare industry.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A clinically qualified background with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and operations.
  • At least 10 years of experience in healthcare or health sector, ideally in a leadership or management role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of primary care systems and digital health products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
