We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our team and drive business growth at RECRUITMENTiQ, a dynamic and commercially focused organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategy, building lasting relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, implementing strategic sales plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Sell our full range of goods and services to our members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Build and nurture long-term, meaningful relationships with members, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular member visits, gathering valuable feedback, and represent the organisation at agricultural and industry events.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial and performance reports to the board of directors, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards, including HSE, finance, and GDPR, while adopting industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors to design and implement business strategies that align with the organisation's long-term goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum Higher National Diploma/HNC qualification in Business, Agriculture, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales and sales management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Evidence of strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute personally successful sales campaigns.
  • Proven record of working with a high level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
