Commercial Director

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and sales management, preferably in the agricultural sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Selling our full range of goods and services
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a dedicated team
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with members, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Conducting regular member visits and representing the organisation at agricultural and industry events
• Delivering comprehensive financial and performance reports to the board of directors
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and adopting industry best practices

The successful candidate will have a minimum Higher National Diploma/HNC qualification in Business, Agriculture, or equivalent experience.
