The School Renovation Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, educational, and exceptional spaces for schools. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales cycle and CRM, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for initiating cost reductions without compromising design quality or the client's experience. Strong knowledge and experience of creating site surveys are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A degree-level education or relevant work experience in the construction industry is preferred. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in construction or commercial fit-out, a full UK driver's license, and a willingness to travel occasionally from the office to Brackley, NN13 for client visits and meetings.
