The School Renovation Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, educational, and exceptional spaces for schools.
Key Responsibilities- Attend site meetings with new clients and manage the initial brief through to conception.
- Manage the sales cycle and CRM.
- Produce itemised quotations and estimates.
- Review tenders and assist in preparing bid documentation.
- Liaise with external suppliers.
- Initiate cost reductions without compromising design quality or the client's experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of creating site surveys.
- Knowledge of generating quotations/bill of materials.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Space awareness and the ability to visualise issues and solutions.
- Ability to think on the spot and solve our customers' problems.
- Educated to degree level or have relevant work experience (preferably from the construction industry).
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or commercial fit-out.
- A full UK driver's license.
- Be willing to travel occasionally from the office to Brackley, NN13 for client visits and meetings.
