About the Role

MDE Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
