About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Companion to join our team at UKCIL. As a Care Companion, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and health monitoring.
  • Support clients with their hobbies and interests, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including cleaning and laundry duties.
  • Assist clients with transportation, using our WAV vehicle, to appointments and social events.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to drive our WAV vehicle.
  • 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave.
