About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live In Care Assistant. As a Live In Care Assistant, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
- Prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Engage in activities and conversations with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting or interacting with older adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients' autonomy
What We Offer
