Job Overview
As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who can assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and enhance the overall well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote social interaction
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently. A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary due to the location of some of our clients. We offer a competitive hourly rate, fully paid training, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
