Job Title: Agile User Researcher

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile User Researcher to join our team at LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our UX research team, you will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary user research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct user research studies to gather data and insights on user behavior and preferences.
  2. Analyze data from user research studies to identify trends and patterns.
  3. Present research findings to stakeholders through written and oral presentations.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
  5. Develop and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
  6. Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team.
  7. Perform usability studies with consumers to gather data and insights.
  8. Use a diverse set of UX research tools to gather and analyze data.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in user research, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Security Clearance:

SC clearance is mandatory for this position. Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment, which can take up to a minimum of 10 weeks.
