We are in search of Advanced or Emergency Practitioners with a Nursing or Paramedic background who are dedicated to being part of our Urgent Care Team, delivering exceptional and compassionate service to our patients. Our multidisciplinary team comprises primarily of Advanced Clinicians and Emergency Practitioners trained in both adult and pediatric care, supported by General Practitioners. Key Responsibilities

The primary patient demographics include individuals with minor injuries and illnesses. Patients visiting the Urgent Treatment Centre are managed by our skilled team of Practitioners and Clinicians, who perform assessments, develop clinical management plans, and facilitate discharge or transfer for definitive care. The positions available are either full-time or part-time. Our service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and we are looking for Practitioners who can accommodate a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Our shift hours are flexible, and we are open to discussing arrangements that suit your needs. The remuneration structure is as follows:

Urgent Care Practitioner - £54,862 per annum

This role requires a fully qualified Practitioner with relevant experience, holding qualifications at level 6 or 7 in minor injuries and/or illnesses.

Senior Urgent Care Practitioner - £60,348 per annum

This position necessitates a fully qualified Practitioner with relevant experience, predominantly qualified at level 7 in minor injuries and/or illnesses, along with a non-medical prescribing qualification and a Masters Degree or PG Dip in urgent care.
