Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated Advanced or Emergency Practitioners with a Nursing or Paramedic background to join our Urgent Care Team. Our aim is to provide exceptional and compassionate care to our patients. Our team comprises a diverse group of Advanced Clinicians and Emergency Practitioners skilled in both adult and pediatric care, supported by General Practitioners. If you are passionate about making a positive impact as a committed and empathetic practitioner, we invite you to become part of our collaborative team at Practice Plus Group, guided by our Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus will be on patients presenting with minor injuries and illnesses. Our Urgent Treatment Centre is staffed by a team of skilled Practitioners and Clinicians who assess patients with undifferentiated diagnoses, develop clinical management plans, and facilitate either discharge or transfer for further care. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, operating 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are seeking practitioners who are flexible and able to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Our shift hours are adaptable, and we are open to discussing schedules that best fit your needs.
Compensation Structure
Urgent Care Practitioner - £54,862 per annum
A qualified Practitioner with relevant experience, holding a level 6 or 7 qualification in minor injuries and/or illnesses.
Senior Urgent Care Practitioner - £60,348 per annum
A qualified Practitioner with relevant experience, predominantly at level 7 in minor injuries and/or illnesses, along with a non-medical prescribing qualification and a Master's Degree or PG Dip in urgent care.
