Job Title: Clinical Neurophysiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neurophysiology Specialist to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for planning, performing, and interpreting a wide range of neurophysiological investigations, including EEG, NCS, and evoked potentials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, perform, and interpret neurophysiological investigations, including EEG, NCS, and evoked potentials.
  • Collect and analyze patient data to enable accurate and efficient interpretative analysis of tests.
  • Provide accurate factual reports in a timely manner in accordance with departmental policy.
  • Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain unified quality standards for the service across the Trust.
Requirements:
  • BSc Clinical Neurophysiology or equivalent.
  • 3 years post-qualification experience in Clinical Neurophysiology.
  • Advanced skills in EEG recording and NCS.
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
