About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a Meetings and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing meetings and events for our clients, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage meetings and events, including venue sourcing, accommodation and transport bookings
- Handle client inquiries and provide quotations and confirmations
- Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Update and maintain reservations systems and process bookings
- Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance your career
Requirements:
- 12 months experience in a fast-paced meetings and events, events assistant, events coordinator, corporate hospitality, hotel, venue, conference, events sales, meetings sales, or reservations role
- Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and computerised reservations systems
