Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate SDRs, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Assess the needs of incoming SDRs with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's growth.
  • Deliver training programs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, utilizing interactive tools and real-world examples to maximize learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed, ensuring that our SDRs are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Work closely with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities, aligning our training programs with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our training programs and ensure our SDRs are equipped with the most effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales training, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate SDRs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to our SDRs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of organization and time management.
