Job Title: AV Infrastructure Engineer

Location: York - Hybrid

As an AV Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical solutions and spearheading projects. This role involves managing escalated technical issues, collaborating with other support levels, and actively participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalated issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT Infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • M365 / Hybrid-Azure experience
  • NOC experience (CCNA)
