Project Manager - MOD Refurbishment Project

Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a MOD refurbishment project in Somerset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget, and adhering to MOD policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site teams to deliver the project on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with MOD policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of project managing sites from £500k-£5m
  • Security clearance is essential due to the location of the project
  • Excellent administration and IT skills due to the level of paperwork required
  • Commercial experience/knowledge including the ability to price small works/variations
  • Must have either a White or Black CSCS card
  • Site management tickets are essential - SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS
