About the Role:
The company is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of simulation software for virtual training systems. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop simulation software for virtual training systems, focusing on the training of ground and aircrew for rotary wing aircraft.
- Define project development plans.
- Oversee daily activities, monitor progress, and manage team resources.
- Lead the setup and management of weekly sprints, planning and managing project reviews.
- Identify and address issues and risks, collaborating closely with the Technical Lead, IPT, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in the development of training and simulation systems.
- Proven experience in using MS Project or other project management software.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
