Job Title: Store Manager

A dynamic and experienced Store Manager is required to lead our Sony Centre Basingstoke team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase turnover and profitability.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection, suitability, and availability.
  4. Manage cash handling, credit card payments, and loan agreements with accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate stock records.
  7. Ensure the store is secure and well-maintained, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  8. Stay up-to-date with special promotions and contribute to the creation of engaging shop displays.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 37.50 per week

Additional Benefits:
