Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize meetings.
- Provide administrative assistance for committee meetings.
- Handle monthly invoicing and collaborate with finance departments.
- Perform general administrative and commercial support tasks.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be professional and polished, possessing prior experience in managing high-profile clients and working in an Executive Assistant capacity within a corporate setting (experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential).
You should be self-driven, well-organized, and capable of multitasking to meet daily responsibilities while maintaining discretion and managing confidential information.
Profile Requirements:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Previous experience in administrative roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of client relationship management.
- Able to work autonomously within a small team environment.
