Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Bilingual Sales Coordinator proficient in Arabic to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on fostering partnerships and promoting PLG's Resale services to prospective clients.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing clients to facilitate wholesale clothing transactions while actively pursuing new client relationships.
  • Manage client interactions to ensure satisfaction and seamless order processing.
  • Support Business Development efforts by assisting in the acquisition of high-quality products.
  • Coordinate logistics and contribute to achieving team sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring timely updates on client and transaction data.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.
  • Proficient in English for internal communications.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Numerical proficiency and commercial awareness.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is required.

  • Experience in the retail industry.
  • Background in launching new business models or products.
  • Passion for fashion and knowledge of the luxury market.
