About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our client's team in Nottingham. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across various sectors, including defence, retail, higher education, commercial, industrial, and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with senior project managers, contractors, sub-contractors, and other consultants to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • MRICS or APC/APM certification, or willingness to work towards it.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
